After 7 months got update

Post by austin.pawers » Wed Sep 26, 2012 9:20 am

Hi, I called UKBA today to find out the status of my application. She said your application is touched yesterday and a letter has been issued.

I tried to ask her about that letter but she said she cant tell. I am worried would it be approval or what ?

I submitted my application on 2-March-2012.

Any ideas...

Ok, finally after a long, hard and full of depression wait of 7 months I got my approval letter.

They have mentioned that in 2 weeks I will get the BC ceremony letter.

Thanks to all who posted their feed back. Who supported me during this period.

Thanks friends, some advice based on my experience.

If you cross 6 months, do not hesitate to contact your local MP and get him involved. I did that and my MP was very active and sent the inquiry to Home office almost the next day.

Call Home Office after every week, but do not hammer them otherwise they will not respond you friendly. Monday is not at all a good day to call them and never call them early morning when they start their work experience showed either your call will be missed or you will get some hard person.

Take care and all the best to all of you.

Would that be a valid suggestion also when the said local MP is actually running the whole business?
