Can any Muslim brother suggest me as how to get a work permit as a Muaddin any Masjid to UK.

There could be something under some other category.
e.g. I know of a 'religious worker' category in US.
UK could have something similar.
You have to do the research.
However I don't think this would fall under HSMP

Already has - latest statement of changes (Augsut 2004) to the immigration rules (HC395)implements language requirements and excludes in country switching to this class for visitors. It also requires 12 months experience gained in the 5 years preceeding application - rules out those who might conveniently present religious training/ experience from way back
