Which PEOs takeup Tier-1(Gen) of Contractors(own Ltd comp)

Good morning,

Last night I've got an appointment with PEO, Glasgow for 21st Dec for my Tier-1(General) extension but unfortunatly today when I phoned PEO, Glasgow, they said they dont takeup Tier-1(Gen) cases of contractors who work from their own limited company and they advised me to check ukba website for the PEOs who takeup these cases. I've been searching for this information on the website but luck has not favoured me yet!

Please advise if anyone knows, which PEOs takeup Tier-(General) extension cases of contractors who work from their own limited company and get salary paid from it.

Your earliest response in this regard would be highly appreciated.

I spoke to UKBA on phone for my ILR application through limited company they asked me to avoid cardiff and glasgow

1) option: croydon
2) second: shefield
3) solihul

I booked appointment in sheffield, i got my ILR done....

In the mean time I managed to speak to Glasgow PEO help desk and they confirmed that
"Glasgow PEO dont deal with tier-1(general) applications
for settltments
for extentions
where the applicant is self-employed or director of their own company and pay their wage
and also I was advised to get appointment with one of below PEOs
sheffield
liverpool
croydon
suilhall
"

Now my course of action is to try for other PEOs appointment as Kumar suggested on his last post.

dont make a mistake to go to cardiff

Mine got done in Cardiff fine. Contractor through limited company, last month. I should write that up now.

mine refusal on a peo after 12 weeks, cant say what i am going through
