Hi Craxy

I have just send them a follow up letter this morning and email to liverpool address.

My partner wrote it for me

quoting the directive article 10 that specifies not longer than 6 months. The timeline so far and hopeful wish that we could get this document before christmas as we are hoping to spend it with family abroad who we love and haven't seen for a year

Don't sound harsh

Let's pray for some good news this week

Call them in the morning as early as you can. Despite my phone call at 9:30am, I had been waiting for about 20 minutes until I was answered.

Got my MP involved..

Post by fabioflashuk » Mon Dec 10, 2012 12:51 pm

Last monday, I've sent an email to my local MP saying that I need priority on my case as I need to renew my job contract..

For my surprise on saturday she sent me a hard copy letter saying that she understand my concerns and she had sent a letter to UKBA on my behalf asking for updates on my case.

Hope that works..

My application has been there for 3 and half months.

Received by HO: 21 Aug 2012
COA: 15 Oct 2012
Sent about 5 Letters, 5 emails, 5 calls...
Email to MP on 5 december and got reply on 8th december that she will look into my case.

Lets hope for the best and I will keep you guys updated.

Thanks

I'm really confused now.... So I thought that if I have a valid residence card I can travel to Ireland without a visa... I emailed the irish embassy in london today but was told that that rule only applies IF the stamp on my passport says FAMILY MEMBER OF AN EU CITIZEN and since my stamp says FAMILY MEMBER OF AN EEA CITIZEN it's different???

does anyone have any idea about this... I posted on the Ireland thread but got 2 confusing replies.... :(
