Hours allowed to work

Hi,

I am currently on PSW visa which is valid till nov 2013. I am working for a company as a permanent employee and my current contract is for 40 hrs per week.

Firstly I want to clarify if I am allowed to work 40 hrs per week as per PSW visa rules?

Next year, I will be getting a revised contract but that will be for 37.5 hrs per week only.

My second question is post the revised contract I will be applying for Tier 2 General thru the company so will the no. of hours i.e. 37.5 be a problem for me when applying for Tier 2 General visa?

Please advice

You can work for as many hours you wish to.

If you meet the minimum salary requirements for Tier 2 then you should be fine.
