Post Study Work only original certificate required?

Hi

I have recently completed my BENG and got the letter from university that you will be awarded a degree in November 2008.

Now my Student visa expiring in September 2008

Do I eligible for Post Study Work?

I know that previously in IGS & Fresh Talent visa home accept the letter from university if you finish your study but i don't know about Post Study Work visa.

The letter should include - qualification, awarding body, confirmation that the award will be issued in due course. I would suggest provide a covering letter and explain to them why you are unable to submit the certificate.

One of my friend was in a similar situation and he went to the graduation department of his university and asked for the certificate and told them that he is not interested to attend the graduation ceremony and got the certificate thereafter. So why don't you try that?

I appreciate your comment. PhD story is not happy ending for everyone. He was given major correction and was given a year to do it. he has done it but still they thought it was enough. Sometime examiner are very funny. If you get a very critical one then you are stuck.
