Evidence of subsisting relationship.

Can you guys (and gals too ) please suggest what should be attached with PSW dependant application as an evidendence of subsisting marriage? I know there is nothing specified in policy guidance or anywhere so any personal experience would also be appreciated.

I know you can but they have reportedly been refusing applications due to non provision of evidence of subsisting relationship.
