Do we need to return the ILR BRP card when applying for British Citizenship/British Passport?

ILR BRP is required for naturalisation application. Once naturalisation certificate is received after ceremony, you can apply for passport.

Also, once naturalised as BC, ILR is irrelevant, so no need for BRP to apply for passport..
