Help me in calculating date

Hi All,

I have seen some topics regarding the same but just want to confirm it.

Here are the dates:

HSMP Stamped - 13 Feb 2008

Came to UK - 7 April 2008 (54 days after getting visa)

Visa extended and Tier 1 valid till 13 Feb 2013.

I have booked PEO appointment for ILR on 17 Jan 2013 exactly 28 days before expire of my visa.

I came to UK within 90 days of getting visa and applying ILR exactly 28 days before expiry of my Tier 1.

Let me know if there is anything wrong.

I believe you should be fine. I also entered UK after 2 weeks of visa stamp date and will be applying for ILR just 28 before expiry date in February 2013.

Nothing wrong. Assuming there is no break/big absences in between.

I don't see anything wrong here based on the info provided. You could even apply on 16th Jan 2013 which is exactly 28 days before 13 Feb 2013. http://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadd ... &ad=28&aw=

thanks wpilr_nov12 for your reply. I do not have many absences so it should be fine.

Thanks all for your reply. Although my case was straight forward but there are some misleading posts which was creating confusion. I have to go through the guidance notes and some of the success stories of ILR.
