Confusion with regard to PEO appointments

Hi Seniors and members,

Bit confused with the below link from home office interms of PEO appointment;

According to them they say there is a ‘Case ID’ which is needed when booking an PEO appointment,

I am applying for ILR based on SET(O) and just only need an PEO appointment. I am not using the online service to fill the form just taking the forms with me. So in this case what is this Case ID they are talking about,
