Dependant visa for wife from India

Hi

I am planning to get married in India in Feb and then apply for dependent visa for my wife.
I have got Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK.
Can someone please let me know the process and the form which needs to be filled for the application and a list of documents which may be required.

Also, any idea where can I get some idea on the processing times being taken currently by the British Embassy.

I am looking at the UKBA website and can see only the following categories:
Work
Visit
Transit
Study
Settlement
Other
Joint Family

Which category will be applicable for me (wife will be applying from India and I am in UK on ILR)
