urgent help needed On A Special Case Of Eld Dependent

Dear all, need some help here

first, I hold British citizenship.

My parents are in this country. and my mother is 64 and my father is 68 this year. they are under 6 months visitor visa here. And it will expire in Feb 2012

My mother had a lung cancer diagnosis in Dec 2012 in a UK hospital. and she lose her mobility and can not fly back to China. I myself have to work everyday. and my father have to stay here to take care of her at home. I have the financial support to prove that I can support them in the UK. They all retired and I am the only son of them.

Called the solicitor, the advise so far is to apply the dependent visa. My mother can be my dependent and my father can be my mother s dependent.

Anyone can give me any advise about it?

You do not need to "call" a solicitor, you must go and see a good solicitor who specialises in immigration matters. No one in this forum will be able to help, as these kind of applications are not straightforward.
