Spouse Visa - Address

Post by m.j » Sat Jan 12, 2013 1:07 pm

HI

I have got a small question while applying for a spouse visa (wife from India) for a person settled in UK.
I am planning to take the UK visa appointment 2-3 days after I get married.
In this case what address shall we mention in the form -
1. her current residence address or
2. my Indian address

If I put in my address (which will be her address after marriage), the duration of stay will be only 2 days which might be an issue for visa??

If I put her current address, will that cause any issues as well? I mean can UKBA have any objections on this?

Thanks in advance

You put the address where she will live after you have married and once you come back to the UK. So if she stays with your family, then you put hat address, or if she returns to her parents address, then you put that down in case BHC want to write to her regarding her application.
