Acca and tier 2

Hi I have finished acca 9 papers and part qualified. Will I be able to apply for a tier 2 if someone offers me a job of 21k and can I apply from with in the uk.

Is your current status tier 4? If so you cannot switch from tier 4 to tier 2 unless you have successfully completed a UK recognised bachelor or postgraduate degree, or a pgce or pgde, Or at least 12 months of a PhD.

I am on Tier 2 from Nov 2009 and working for the same company as an Accountant ACCA part qualified. can i change Job and do i have to go through labour market test even i am already on Tier 2.

If you are changing employer then yes the job needs to undergo RLMT.

What a sham i got my PSW on 01 January 2008 and start working with current employer on 21 January 2008.
From Jan 2008 till now i worked with the same employer which is 5 years but i can not apply for ILR because my Tier 2 started in Nov 2009.
