Response of HO on 2nd Nov 2012 summarizing as follow:

There were a total of 632 Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) in-country applications received between 6 April and 30 June 2012.

Figures on Tier 1 applications for July to August 2012 will be available from 29 November 2012.

Of the 632 Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) applications received, a total of 385 were decided by 15 September 2012. Of these, 213 were granted.

Wow what a progress! So it means there is no sequence of applications' decision. April-June are still behind to decide. Some of July-August got visa as well. Those who applied after August Crazy man!

many thanks for the link and the copy of letter and I must say HO progress is just ridiculous no consistency at all ...... I think they way things are going the delay will reach 12 months waiting before we get any decision on our application.
