what do mean by 'leave'?
the absence criteria for citizenship is :
5 years residential qualifying -no more than 450 days in the last 5 years an no more than 90 days in the 12 months before citizenship application
3 year residential qualifying - no more than 270 days in last 3 years and no more than 90 days in the 12 months before application.

there is no salary requirement or employment requirement for citizenship.
