Requests will only be accepted from legal representatives who will be assisting UKBA with a pre-sift procedure to ensure that the eligibility criteria are met.

Well, I gave mine on the 14th of Jan 2013, but haven't received any approval or return of documents yet :(. There were other people who did their biometrics on 14th and 15th and have already received theirs though. So, I would say you should expect something soon.

Same here, usually people get their decision before and return of documents later etc. I got my documents returned earlier without any sort of correspondence from UKBA and this worries me :(

I used priority postal service on my case, it says I can hear from UKBA within 10 days.. and I got it in 9 days (including weekends). you should be able to enroll your biometric within 2 days after you get the invitation letter for. I did, and today got an approval letter.

Best luck to you guys all.

Has anybody who applied through post after 10th Jan 2013 got Biometric Enrolment letter? Hope 1 1/2 years of getting everything in order will payout good and the stress will end soon.

Thanks[/quote]

Very strange. I sent my application in 10th Jan, they received 14th Jan and got my biometric letter on the 31st. Seems as if things were going along just swimmingly and then everything just stopped! If they have a back-log, they should hire more people.
