if i have permanent residence and i get married what permit would my partner get.thanks in advance

Under uk immigration laws.i.e,spouse visa.

If you are an EEA national, then both EEA regulation and Immigration rules are applicable.

If you wish to go for immihration rules, this will be subject to you meeting the financial and accommodation requirement.

As far as I understand, you are non EEA national and obtained your PR based on your mother who is a EEA national. In that case, you can't make use of the EEA route. You can only make use of the UK national immigration rules.

thanks jambo,so that means i need to be earning 18,000 plus a year but my partner leaves here in the uk with me we got married in 2010

He applied as an extended family member of my mum as a son in law but it was refused

Well you can apply on the basis of Article 8, but in the absence of a British child or a child who has resided in the UK for 7years, the chances of success is extremely slim.
