psw dependent tenancy agreement

Hi friends

my psw is valid till aug 2014 and i recently got married and want to get my wife as my dependent. My question is i live in a sharing accommodation with my cousin. I don't have tenancy agreement on my name. Will that be ok if i use my cousin tenancy agreement and a covering letter from him stating that he is providing us a room in his house or is it mandatory that the agreement should be on my name ???

There is no requirement to show accommodation in this category.

As advised above, there is no such requirment but you can add as many documents as you please.

When children are involved their is a requirement for suitable accommodation

Last year I applied for 4 dependants (wife plus 3 kids) as Tier 1 dependants entry clearance .

I did not include ant tenancy contract as this was not required.Some time extra document cause problems in a straight forward application.

how much i have to show in my bank statement, wife and two kids, do i need to show myslef maintinance aswell..
