may be a stupid question, but I've read they ask payslips and P40/P60 for all 5 years. Why would this be required if only the year preceding application matters?chary wrote:In my view, the period of not in employment matters only for work permit visa holders.
For tier 1 visa, you just need to satisfy the points required your ILR earning eligibility.
UKBA need employment history for duration when someone is on Tier-2. P60s not required if applying under Tier 1. I got my ILR this month.
