Have anyone got tier1 entrepreneur visa recently

Hello guys! I am eager to hear if anyone have got tier1 entrepreneur visa recently? If so how long it takes to process the visa after biometric enrollment? Did you submit any further documents or did they call you for an interview? What is the success rate to get a tier1 enterpreneur visa at the moment? I have been heard that the output of tier1 entreprenuer visa is less likely than last year 2012. Does anyone have views on tier1 enterpreneur visa or any suggestion?
