Biometric scan requirement for EEA2 cases.

Hi there, i am wondering about any updates regarding the requirement of biometric scans (if any) for EEA2 (Residence card) cases? is it required for the applications made before 1/12/2012 ? Regards.

At the moment there is no practice of bio metric RC/PR.
