ILR Success@ Solihull - WP-Tier2ICT+Tier1G - 11thMarch

Post by sancsan » Mon Mar 11, 2013 7:42 pm

Immigration Route: WP
(2Years)+Tier2ICT(1.5Years)+Tier1G(1.5Years)

Absences:
11Mar2013 - 10Mar2012 -> 30 Days (On Tier 1)
11Mar2012 - 10Mar2011 -> 175 Days (On Tier 1)
11Mar2011 - 10Mar2010 -> 34 Days (On Tier 2)
11Mar2009 - 10Mar2009 -> 134 Days (On Tier 2)
11Mar2009 - 10 Mar2008 -> 6 Days (On Tier 2)

Documents Submitted:
1. Set(O) form
2. LIUK Test Letter
3. Payslips/Bank Statements (12 months)
4. WP Approval Letter

CW asked if I had taken any long leaves. Answer:No
I was carrying Employer letter for my leaves taken during WP, however CW DID NOT ASK FOR ANY PROOF/LETTER FOR ABSENCE TAKEN DURING WP.

CW did usual check on my immigration history and said everything is fine and to proceed for Payment which means another successful story in Solihull :)

After an hour, a letter was handed to me along with all other original docuements, confirming the approval of ILR.

How difficult it is getting an appointment at Soihull or any other PEO ( except croydon and belfast)

Any suggestions when/how to book them?

Thanks!
