This as people say if you want
To devource you must be married
For three years but incase of devource
Is he when married the three years start or
When rc issued because too much
Confeused on this pls Or is their any

I think that the 3 years start from the date of marriage.

There are two separate tests for retention of Treaty Rights following a divorce :-
  • The period from the date of marriage to the date the Divorce Petition is presented to the Court must be not less than three years, and
  • the period that the couple have lived together in the UK exercising Treaty Rights must be not less than one year
