update: the scumbags say they never received the extra docs they requested. needless to say I have recorded delivery receipts and proof so will be chasing them again.

my MP is assisting me getting there.

I sent them another email and another caseworker replied directly to me now and he is going to find out where the missing document is and will come back to me

Hi everyone.

Just a couple of questions...

From what I see on average it takes 1 month for them to process an MN1 application right?

And secondly, with regards to children born in the UK to parent(s) who are now settled, you only need one parent right? Just got my ILR today!!!

My application was for my 8 year old daughter. Dad naturalised British and Mum awaiting ILR which was applied for in July.

I am about to send my children's MN 1 application form, and would like to know if i need to enclose my husband's BRP card and passport to show his ILR which was granted recently.

The guide does not seem to mention sending the BRP and passport of the parent who has recently had ILR. I intend sending the following:

Long Birth Certificate
Marriage certificate
Child does not hold other passport so not sending any.

Any help will be good.
