October applicant as well. Tomorrow will be 10 working days since I request my passports back and no response. I will send the request again next week. No worries fellas (October applicants), we are on the same boat so this would be fixed soon as it can't be like that. Fingers crossed for everybody and good luck!
Keep posting updates, please to know what's happening.

I'm also an October applicant and we're still waiting...
I wonder what happened in UKBA that they are issuing people their RC within a month or two or even just a few weeks... and the rest are waiting up to 6 months and more.

If our waiting time goes beyond 6 months, we should definitely make a group complaint or something.

Go together out side any ukba office with shame ukba banners and record your protest.If you do this together then may be ukba will fast their work.

Guys, I think if we all sent the same email to Progress and copy complaint and the Chief Executive we can make some noise.
Also explain and give some example of people who got their RC in less than 2 months... while ours will soon be 6 month soon since we applied

I might have made myself some enemies by posting this, but I just want to state the obvious.
I hope I don't offend anyone by putting their Username and timeline down. Please understand that we have applied last year and still haven't received anything.
Imagine if it was you still waiting for your RC instead of receiving it in 2-3 months.

I've tried this number 01516725626 a couple of times but no luck, the only answer I got is "Your application is under process and you have to continue waiting"
It sucks...

ıshy that is such a good idea. I'm a september applicant but i recieved my COA at 15 october. It is my last 3 tree days for my 6 months. I made a complaint at 7th of March. They didn't answer me but 2 days later they sent a fax to my husband's work place and asked if he is still working there. Yesterday my best friend recived her RC. She got her COA at 22 Jan and yesterday her RC.

I was so happy for her but also so annoyed because of my situation. So send 2. complaint.

I belive that the same letter can be effective more.

Charlie77 I don't know what is happening but i know that they don't have any sense of justice. They are literaly ruining my marriage and my family relations. I have to visit my family but if i go I'm not able to come back. So I have to chose my husband or my family. What kind of torture is that? They are not aware how they are effecting people's lifes.

I agree with sharingbuzz. Lets wait for a week or two then send email at the same day and may be at the same time. That might work out for us. Keep your head high all October applicants. We are on the same boat.

I agree with sharingbuzz. Until 6 months are officially up, our hands are tied. Once October applicants are over 6 months, we should send a collective complaint, to email and post.

Im happy to annonce to all forum member specialy Oct applicants that i've recieved my RC finaly two hours ago Application sent 7 OCt 2013

My RC dated on 22 FEB 2013
As i had my full time job and did not intead to makr any travel i did not call or contact or send anything to the HO ans as waiting till this 6 months pass to start claim and complain but thx to god i recieved it before wqiting time finich.
Whoever wann to know about my application papers was eassy i did it by my selve after reading in UKBA site and this forum
I put :
Act of marriage
Join name council tax
Join name Revenue and customs paper
Join name water and electricity and gaz papers
Join name house contract
My bank statment + my wife bank statment suparated not joined
Work contract for my wife along with 6 month recent pay slips
My work contract long with pay slips for one month
All my diplomas which i ve got in my country also one certificate i did it in uk
Hospital Scan repport of my wife pragnency
Our photos together some 25 were taken before marriage and during marriage and after be in UK
Some other proves of our relation like emails and letters history
I also inclowed a letter signed by me in which i was explaining to them all what i ve joined in my application and also mentioned about my rights for EEA2 resident card and mentioned than in case of any enquieries they should call for anything ......

I wich that my News today will make all OCt Applicantsfeel better and that this will be the sign that every one from this month still did not receive his RC yet will get it soon

i think ravi is right we do something i am October applicant as well the banner idea was good but we can do like different place like center London or any other place which in Convict for every one there is somthing going fishy with us
