I applied via NCS on the 13/03/13 and they still have not debited the fee :( gave debit card details.
Not sure if anyone else facing such delays?

Hello,

I applied recently with similar situation to yours (EU citizen 6 years) and it took 8 days to get my card debited. I think its done once a week (perhaps on Friday).

So you shouldnt worry yet.
