please help, want to apply for Australia immigration

Hi,

I have done, B. Sc IT and have more than 5 years of experience as a web developer and phone application developer. Have also passed the IELTS GT exam a month ago, my result is:

6.0 - Listening
6.0 - Reading
6.5 - Writing
6.5 - Speaking

and my age is 28 years, belong to India.

My question is I want to apply for Australian Immigration, is there any chance for me to move to Australia. My preference is to go to Perth, WA but I am open to other suggestions as well.

If there is any possibility to move there then please do tell me in which category I will come and how much time it takes if I apply my case now?
