Yes he can visit with the RC.

It should be on his passport anyway.

Because he needed the passport how long the application was on HO,we make request for passport back and he received residence card on A4 paper not on the passport. He can travel anywhere with this residence card or he has to apply for visa like before? And he has romanian residence card for 5 years too.Thank you.
In response to UKBA staffs- They are so annoying. I spoke to one yesterday and she was like '' I have very limited information about your case and i can not help you am afraid'' But when she asked me about my details, she admitted that they were correct.

They need prayers from T.D Jakes(the pastor)
I spoke to a supervisor on 18 March and she at one point told me "UKBA can keep your passport as long as we want." And had the power to magically say my COA was sent back in October when it never arrived. Now I'm trying to get my passport back before UKBA asks for ransom.

All signed. :) Hope this catches attention. From my firsthand experience having been sent no COA and now it's past six months, attack from all angles. A colleague of mine noticed that I am attacking from all sides and this petition should even push more if others are going through the same experience. No offense but enough with processing the first quarter of 2013, go back to the third and final quarter of 2012 as it seems like many October and myself, a September, have yet to receive RCs!

Hello Everyone,

Any Good news today?

Just posting the link for the e-petition posted by Kixmug for the people still waiting for their RC and haven't received it yet.
Already 45 signatures...

Also, I planned to request my documents again, but because the 6 month are coming to an end, I don't want to request my document and then receive the RC in a piece of paper...

Has anyone received their RC in an A4 paper? is this ok to travel?

Hi Ishy,
I got my RC in A4 paper and seems like it is OK to travel, there was nothing mentioned in the letter attached about transfer of it to passport.
My colleague from Australia has the same paper and he traveled several times already.

Hey Guys,

I checked the history of November application on this forum. Have a look at that. It looks like I was right... UKBA are working backwards for 2012 application.
It seems that they will probably process our applications in a couple of weeks...

Hey Nanny, go to this addres http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/about ... documents/

and where there is "To request the return of documents from any other application for permission to stay in the UK or an application for British Citizenship" You're gonna click on Return of document request form and download their form and fill it.
Then you'll send it to LiverpoolEuro.PassportReturns@ukba.gsi.gov.uk
and in the Subject you will put the name of the Main Applicant and the Case ID.

That's what made then to send the passport asap.

Hey mocha,

You don't have a further 6 months to wait...the application should be decided by the UKBA within 6 months of receiving it (i.e. 6 months since 1st February).

Good luck!
