Tier 1 Entrepreneur (application checklist)

Are the forllowing forms sufficant or am I missisng anything (applying from Karachi)
1 Online application form and a copy to be submitted (for self and dependants)
2 Appendix 3 form for self only
Other documents
Passport
Photos
MA-England University certificate
Marriage Certificate
Birthcertificate
Bank statement barclays Uk 200000 pounds
Bank Statement Pakistan pound account and letter from the bank
Last but not the least BUSINESS PLAN
so have i missed anything especially any forms?

yes and TB test done for self and dependant (over 6 years of age)
still not sure is the appendix 3 form required and are their any other forms that i need to submit

Yes Appendix 3 with online form is the correct set of documents.

You need to email isbvacmgr@gerrys.com.pk for what forms exactly your require for your dependents.(If they require separate online forms and appendixes)
