ILR for Tier 1 dependent Fee

Post by ILRdept » Sat Apr 06, 2013 8:44 pm

Hi,
Can anyone answer me for the following:

1) How much should I pay for my two dependents ILR application in PEO? (Provided I have already applied for myself and got my ILR. Now I am applying for only my 2 dependants)
Is it 2326 (1163*2) or 2589? - I can see in the new SEt(0) form there is an option for 1 main applicant + 1 dependant as 2589.

2) If I consider my wife as main applicant and my child as dependant 1 in Set(0) application, the amount is 2589. But in the payment guideline it says 1426 for each dependant applying seperately from main applicant.
so it will be 1426 * 2.

I am confused. can anyone clarify me pls?

Thanks,

Thanks,
I think the form that you should be using is SET(M) and not SET(O).
See fees in SET(M) which should answer your question.
See the link below for the correct form finder

Now I got it...

It is not SET(M) as the category says 'if you are here as a partner of a settled person'

In My case, I have ILR and My wife is on Tier 2 dependent, so I believe SET(O) is correct?

Yes. if your wife as your dependent and not spent last 2 or 5 years as a an ilr dependant, then you should use SET(0)

Thank You.

I assume My wife will be the main applicant and kids will be dependents.

Yes. I believe it is SET(O).
