When did your friend who got refused apply? In Jan or some other month? If other, which month please?

I have applied Tier1 on 13th Feb 2013 from UK.
Received acknowledge letter on 19/02/2013.
Received Bio metric letter on 23/02/2013.
Biometric submitted 0n 25/02/2013.
Waiting for decision

Hi All,
Just curious on the method of delivery used by HO, I got an sms today from DPD that they are delivering a parcel to me tomorrow. Just wondering if any body has received any parcel from HO through DPD

Applied on 5th February 2013 - Me and a dependant together.
Biometric letter received on 21st February dated 15th February
Both me and dependent did biometric on 22nd February
Standard letter about changes received on 18th March.
Still waiting since then.
PSW route with £40,000 in own account and £10,000 third party funding.
Let's hope that in shaa allah we will all get our visa soon!

applied 11nd march 13
bio on 19 march
recieved letter on 7 april that interview is on 9 may
i confirmed on 13 april
recieved another letter 14 april that first letter was administrative mistake disregard that letter new interview is schdule on 21 may now
i did not confirm them yet will do tomorrow

I cant understand y the ppl like you start picking up on things like that. i wounder what harm it might cause? i assume forum can be used for more better things rather than picking up on such things.

OMG... no Jan cases have yet received any reply from HO. I think Dec cases are all done with so this month Jan cases may get good news by the grace of God. ... Good luck to all of you.

I dont know if I apply in first of June, when I will get my results...

Shinya, Thanks for your kindness and wishes. On my knowledge there is no set pattern I could understand with the timeline for a visa outcome. Simply because there is an ongoing October thread on the forum who have received some response or no response at all. Meanwhile there are March applicants who have received visa

Not letting you down but you can not predict that. Telling you that, there is a hope for a silverline with the UKBA re-transforming back to Home Office. Fingers crossed but my advice for you is learn from the forum and make the best application and you will get there I am sure..

Hello Jan 2013 Applicants,

I have a quick Question,

I remember When applying in Jan, the version of the application form i used was 12/12. Now in the previous version of the application to this and the version after this, i am sure we had to provide evidance for bussiness activity.

Ex: Advertisements, Registration with trades body Etc..

But in version 12/12 this Evidence for Bussiness activity was not required. I am not 100 percent sure if i remember this correctly, I submitted the Marketing material(Website and advertisement) coz i already had them with me.

Did any of the Jan 2013 applicants notice this or have I completely missed it when applying.

If anybody got a copy of the Application form version 12/12, can you please post it.
