today my solicitor received a call from UKBA to re-submit the Company appointment report, he submitted that on email and they replied immediately that they have received it. Does anybody has the same scenario, if yes how long does it take to get the result out?

today i come to know that ukba send a query to my bank i couldnt find out all details will know in morning as my frined was off today will find out soon

only thing is that money is in the bank but i send them PKR statement but last month we changed it to pounds but ukba dont have that so basically there wont be much money in the bank now in Pakistan specially in PKR account lets see what happens now

For refusal reason like:
contact details are not fully given e.g. land line number, email etc

One can appeal on the basis of '2009 Evidential Flexibility policy'. Though it is related to solicitors/barristers but it could make us to understand how it works.

Why was your friend's visa refused?

His funds were on third party, according to him he said his visa was refused as he didn't submit the uk bank letter. Third party funding is from the uk. I didn't see the refusal letter

My question is one of the team member has some of the money in India in
his fix saving account can he claim that money to be freely disposable in UK as it is still his money but fixed.

Did you not get new rules change letter from UK BA in March 2013 - Did any dependents apply along with you. Did you not get any query / interview call / request for any further documents? Are the funds in third party's bank account or in applicant's bank account ? did your bank get any verification call so far? Did you contact home office regarding status of your application ? did you send any letter to home office to speed up the application

Sorry for asking many questions. But we are getting pissed off due to UK BA processing times. To know at least what is going on from applicant side , we need to discuss in details. We are not forcing any one to answer to all the questions. It is up to individual .

Hi Guys, I applied as a Team with my Friend from PSW Route, Funds Third Party Abroad, Showing IT Bussiness. We only received letter of Change Of Rules in Mid March as we applied on:
25th July 2012
Bio Given: 13th August
Still Waitinggggggggg............
We have called them Twice & they said its still in processing, also post 2 letters to them about our case status but no reply from them. Now v r totally pissed off as 9 months have been passed in torture. They r giving Mentally Torture to Applicants. 9 months........

thats fine i can answer as i have alot of time on my hand thanks to the great UKBA my life has come to a complete halt ,i can not buy/start a business, can not work anywhere, it has been like this for 7 months now .
i did not get an interview call.
no inquiry or bank verification yet
i did not call or sent a letter to the UKBA to speed up my case.

Query Through email - 5th April 2013 (asked for fresh statements and bank letter)
Psw route - 50000 k
all funds in UK.
no business plan sent with application.

Refusal letter recieved on 26 April 2013 (dated 22 April 2013)
Reason for Refusal: Trading contract.

At the time of the application, i submitted 3 Contracts.
Two of them were invalid, as one had ended and the other was withdrawn and the last one was active.
I had mentioned about it on each of the contract.
Case worker made her decision on the contract which was ended thus she gave no points for funds.

Is it possible that I write a letter and explain all this to the case worker before going for appeal? Will they reconsider their decision?

I had submitted additional contracts to show them that I have worked on two different occupations which were NVQ level 6.

Sorry to here this news. You can definitely send an email to case worker about the details so that they may reconsider the decision.

In between did you not receive any query / interview call / new rules change letter from UK BA? funds location details ( UK or abroad )? are the funds in third party account or your account ?

Yes Ahmed876- You can explain every thing in covering letter and attach your case reference number and name. All the best

- By the way did you maintain the 50k funds till your visa approval ? when did UK BA verified the 50k funds in bank ? How did UK BA contact the bank ( by email / by phone ) what are the questions UK BA has asked in funds verification ? Did you not send them letter to UK BA to speed up the application
