Documents required from Host in France

I am an Indian applied from france through consultant and now received an interview call held on Oct 2004

For the above reason I have to go France to attend interview hence i have to apply for visitor visa without stating the reason of interview or mention it.

I have also heard that French embassy do not give visa for interview purpose so i have no other option then opt for visitor visa either through tour or individual.

I have a friend of mine in France who is Permanent Residence over their since last 10 to 12 years. I came to know that if he sends host letter and documents i can easily get visitor visa.

Now my question is

1) What type of documents i will require to show that my friend is hosting me?
2) What should be the content of the hosting letter?
3) What other documents are to be shown for our friendship?

Kindly guide me on the same. Your advice will be highly appreciated.
