Am I eligible for ILR, Please advice

Hi,

I came to UK on 4th oct 2009 in Tier 2 ICT and went back to India to apply for Tier 2 General visa with a new sponsor, as my visa expired on 3rd oct 11.

I got the second visa from 8th November 11 to 6th Dec 14. Please advice whether I am eligible to apply for ILR in Dec 14.

In my case I went back to India to apply my visa with the new sponsor, as the sponsor said the extension cannot be done from UK and I had to go to India to do the same. I applied for Tier 2 General visa on 4th Nov, 11.

depends when you actually applied for your second leave in 2011. Read page 26:

it took 32 days to apply,since sponsor delayed in sending the docs. Is there any chance of applying for ILR.

I changed my sponsor in my second leave, so took me 32 days to apply.

does rule in pg 25 be applicable.
