I'd like to let members know that part of my Visiting Visa counted towards my 3 year residency as I got ILR in September 2012. It is physical presence that really matters (if you are a British Spouse) provided all other regulations are followed.

Good Morning Ladies and gents this is your weatherman and here is the forecast...its going to rain approvals this week!

20-30th April applicants should be getting there approvals beginning of this week right to the end of the week...some have already received since end of last week.
01-10th May applicants should start getting theirs from Friday on wards.

Depending on your postal area and Royal mail service some may get theirs sooner...

PS: Only the straight forward applications should use the above reference. If you know your application has some major niggles l suggest you just wait patiently and hope its not longer than 6months

Ceremony without invitation letter from HO ? I thought without invitation lettet from HO it is not possible to attend ceremony. Congratulations

Your timeline makes me feel slightly less anxious. I was also asked for additional documents, which UKBA received last Tuesday. I see they approved yours a week after they received the additional documents. Further back in the thread someone else was also asked for further documents on the 21/03/13 and they also received their approval a week later on the 28/03/13. Fingers crossed my approval will be today (Tuesday) seeing as it's been a week since they received the further documents.
