Hearing Date

Is anyone got hearing date so far. I appealed in April, and did not get any news yet.

Hi I appealed on 17th April since then no reply.

i appealed on 29th April but didn't hear anything regarding my appeal.

Sent in my appeal 2nd week of April, Hearing date 1st week of Sept! 5 Months timeline!

5 month date... It used to be practice sometime back but UKBA have made appeal process fast very fast within past 3 years... but looks like it is back to same old long procedure.. that is why people dispatching appeals in April still waiting for acknowledgment letters.

I Appeal since earlier May and the appeal fee hasn't been taken from my bank account... Pls advice... it doesn't seem right to me

Yes agree with you I know couple of friend who filed appeal and waiting for a month or more to hear abt appeal date

true..It takes a month to receive the hearing date confirmation...actual hearing date may fall anytime after two months from that day you receive the hearing notice...and you receive the written judgement after a month from hearing date....

It seems appeal process is taking considerably long. From lodging appeal to having decision on hand, minimum 6 months required.

Anyone appealed in April got hearing date yet???

Atlast I got hearing date. 10 Oct 2013. Welldone UK. God save the QUEEN ;)

My appeal is scheduled for 24th September

Do they send letter after taking fees like ukba send letter after fees?

I appealed since May 16 not got any response yet. It's taking longer than necessary for our good.

Appealed 25 April, Oral Hearing date 24th October

Hearing in Manchester. Long wait man.

My hearing date is listed on 12 august in london. I appealed on 29th april

On hearing day, should we required new documents to show or judge will decide on previous documents. I was refused on 3rd party bank letter, and the reason was my name not mentioned in bank letter.

Any idea guys???

reason for the refusal is given below--

you have provided a bank letter from dutch bangla bank limited, a statement also, a declaration letter and a validation letter as evidence for third party funding by mr md nurul huda.

the letter from dutch bangla bank limited dated 27 november 2012 in the name of mr md nurul huda does not (as required by the immigration rules):

1) name mr md lutfor rahaman (the appellant)
2) state the contact details of the third party

the third party declaration relating to md nurul huda does not (as required by the immigration rules):

1) contain the appellant's signature.
2) consequently, the legal document relating to mr md nurul huda does not confirm the validity of the appellant's signature because the applicant has not signed the third party declaration.

the letter from dutch bangla bank limited dated 12 december 2012 in the name of mr md intaz ali mollik does not (as required by the immigration rules):

1) name the appellant
2) state the contact details of the third party (mr md intaz ali mollik)

2) consequently, the legal document relating to mr md intaz ali mollik does not confirm the validity of the appellant's signature because the applicant has not signed the third party declaration.

in line with paragraph 245DD(I) of the immigration rules, we have not carried out an assessment as detailed in paragraph 245DD(h) of the immigration reles as you application has been refused. we reserve the right to carry out this assessment in any challenge of this decision of the future application for fier 1 (enterprenur).

as a result of the above you have not demonstrated that you meet the requirments of the rules to be awarded points under provision (d) in the first row of table 4 of appendix A.
