Referees for Naturalisation

Hi everyone,

I would like to know if a Legal Consultant registered at the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), is accepted as a professional to act as a referee?

A solicitor can act as professional referee but don't think legal consultant registered at OISC office can
