I am new to this forum.

Can my uncle (mom's brother) who is a citizen of UK sponsor me ?

If yes, can you please advice me on this.

Sponsor you for what? A visit? Do you need his financial support to pay for your trip due to lack of your own means?

If by long term you mean six months, yes. A sponsor does not have to be a relation; it can be any UK resident who is providing the necessary support that you lack.
