My Italy schengen visa has refused

My Italy schengen visa has refused

Dear all respectable forum members

i visited uk 2011 on student visa .and come back in time and after that i got italy schengen visit visa 2012 but i could not travel italy due to my personal reasons. And i applied italy schengen visit visa again 2013 and refused .they just write on refusal letter ,we are not satisfy by you .


please help me in this regards

Any help in this connection will be highly appreciated .

It would probably be more helpful if you could post the actual wording of the refusal letter, as opposed to just saying "we are not satisfied by you...".

What are they not satisfied about?

they say in refusal letter that

.The information provided to justify the purpose and conditions of the expected stay are not reliable .

can any member tell me , where and how i should present my petition against this decision.

any help will be highly appreciated

hi ,

yeah they told me that i have right of appeal in this regard but problem is that i have to hire solicitor in italy for this appeal
