Paying Fees Postal Application

Hi,

I am applying for naturalisation with my wife's application. As I understand I can pay joint fees of £1550.

/My question is in payment details whose name should I put in Applicant name.. since its fees for both applicant ?

Another Doubt:

section 1.1 Refrence number- Is it the same as in Biometric card ?
