permission to appeal SC is refused on 25 june.

Are you sure ???
Khatels COA decision was declared on June 25. How come permission for SC refused on same day.

Court of appeal will not allow to permission to appeal but applicants can apply to SC directly as well. Permission to SC has not been applied yet because lawyers are still working on the grounds to present before SC. Let see if they can.

Anyone can help me about my case I was awarded result after 5th April 2012. On 10th May judge of first tribunal allowed my appeal but after few days HO got permission from Upper Tribunal. Now my next hearing will be held in Aug 2013 another thing of delayed of result was UKBA bcz our HTS college was d-listed in March 2012 by UKBA. After that college won the case in court against UKBA and again college came back in UKBA approved list in Aug 2012 as a HTS. without this Anybody can help me what point I will raise in court to win the case. Thanks

Oral hearing but i heard that Zane has taken Extension for 1 week to waiting for decision of Mansoor Ali case..

can any one help me what is next step i have to do.....
same case like i refused my psw because late result after that i won the case in first tribunal.
/after that the secretary of state's home department re-appeal in upper court and after that i went in hearing and after three month. today 25/077/2013 i got letter from court the first tribunal decision made by is correct and dismissed the secretary of state's appeal to the upper tribunal.
now i think so they r going to high court so what should i have to do.

I think H.O can go to CoA and not to high court. CoA has already discussed same case (khatel) so not sure they will hear it or not. A lot depends on khatel's appeal to SC. Your solicitor may know better.

I refused PSW because of date of award. I won the appeal in First Tribunal after that HO got the permission from Upper Tribunal now my next Hearing will be in Aug 2013. Anyone can tell me what will happen next. Secondly can I attend Hearing without solicitor?
