OCI - Copies of Docs questions

Are normal B&W copies of documents required or do they need to be in Colour?

Is self attesting mean just signed and dated or do you need to write something like " I can confirm this is a true copy...." ?

Also, does the date on the copies have to be the same as the date on the form?

• B&W is fine
  Just sign, put your full name and date it
  doesn't matter but not very out of date though
