tracking spreadsheet

Post by leave_to_wait » Thu Apr 25, 2013 10:21 am

Hi all,

I thought it might be useful to have a spreadsheet tracking all of these further docs cases.

http://numsum.com/spreadsheet/show/130687

PM me if you want access to edit it. Some of these waits are scary! I've been wading through working backwards (from pg45). It's not happy reading

approved!

Woo! No sooner do I create an account on this board and create my spreadsheet of misery than I get the UKBA approval phone call. I guess I'll update my approved date and hand the spreadsheet over to anyone who wants to maintain it. If you're in my shoes, know that an only 4wk wait is possible! (though my case/oversight was straightforward)

Hi Satsan,

I'm a director of a limited company, so shown proof of earnings as invoices, business bank statements, dividend vouchers and accountat letters.

Case worker asked me futher more documents to shown the proof of invoices and funds. which are,
Letter with invoice amounts should be state on agency letter head saying this amount is paid to this so and so limited company and signed by director of agency. (with invoice amount, daily rate, VAT, business details, contractor details)

And, my education background is BE (Civil engineering) and been working in software industry from last 9 years.

Case worker asked me the proof for, having knowledge in software industry and experience letters, certifications.
(This is definelty ridiculous, I've been granted HSMP initially, then extension as well......but case worker asked me for proof of knowledge).

So, provided my experience letters, appreciation letters, certifications.

Thanks,
Raman

Urgent help

Post by ineffablep » Tue Jun 04, 2013 12:24 pm

Hi,

Please suggest me on my case, it's urgent.

I have applied for ILR ON Birmingham PEO on tier 1 general yesterday , and they have given me Further enquiry letter.

Mine and my dependents visa valid till 29 June 2013

1) I did not apply for my dependents along with me , so what visa should I apply for them now as their visa expires on 29th June but I have further enquiry letter only with me.

2). If I change my address , can I update the new address, because my current rental contact ends 20th June, so have to move to new home.

3) any idea on time scale , do they reply before my visa expires.

Thanks,
Ineffablp

Very lucky they received the documents on 3rd June and ILR granted 4th June. I think they are charging massive amounts on PEO applications thus improved the system.

What additional documents were required of you?

I applied for ILR SET(O) on 17 Oct 2012. I have not received any communication from UKBA since then. I called on their enquires number, but no use. They always advise me to wait till I hear something from them. I have written 3 letters to my MP, UKBA replied to MP too advising to wait as all cases can not be handled on the same day.

Not sure how to bring attention to the case officer about my case. Any suggestions guys!

I think its will be a good idea to include the name of your case officer and ICD document number so we know if the specific case officer usually takes long to make a decission.

My case officer was Sumy Pereira and issued me ICD.2264.

I received further enquiries letter on 2nd August 2013. My letter does not have any case worker name but has ICD.2264.

Any idea how long does it take for the further enquiries to complete?

Thanks.
