Looking for Umbrella Company

Hi,
Just wondering if someone can help me please. I am software developer working permanently for a company on Tier 2 visa. I have recently got a contract offer. I just wanna know if there is any umbrella company who can take my contract over to them and issue me a work permit to work as contractor?
