Hello,
My OCI has been granted recently after a long wait of about 4 months in Birmingham.
I have come to India on a tourist visa for 6 months already . Now I wish to get my OCI collected . Following are my queries-
1. Can I use a postal service from India to collect our OCI ?
2. If not can I request them to send the OCI to India may be in one of their offices in Delhi or Mumbai ? And the process the further OCI stamping
I have sent several e mails the the OCI cell birmingham with no reply .
It seems so much of a hassle as I have to travel alone with 2 kids ( 4 months and 4 year ) just for collection as I intend to come back to India and stay until I finish my maternity leave in may 2014.
Any advice or help is appreciate please. Thanks.
