TIER 1,2,5 Dependent FORM N5, M9, M13

Does anybody notice that Question N5 in the Tier 1, 2, 5 dependent application form (version 08/13) is kind of out of context? If that so, how would you answer to that question? Do you need to answer Q N6 N7 if you are only applying as the spouse, not the child dependent?

Also M9 M13, do you have to provide your own bank statements or is it ok just to provide the main applicant's bank statement? A little confusing really!

Someone having some good ideas?

The more I read the N section, the more I am getting certain that N5 is actually out of context, it should belong to the questions of child dependent, rather spouse dependent.

Why don't they put N5 in the right place? puzzles me!
