With a weekly wage of 19000 you should have no problem. BHC Islamabad should stop messing around and get on with it.

Got a letter this morning application put on hold due to not providing full evidence around the savings.

Don't know what they are trying to get at, the section of the FMSE appendix they are referring to has nothing to do with my application at all.

Any advice on what to do ?

Hi everyone i am new to the forum. I have shown income from self employed to meet the financial requirement and i think i have submitted all documents like SA302, bank statements, confirmation that i have registered as self employed and evidence of all tax paid. However what we havent submitted is annual tax return to HMRC copy or print out. Has anyone else submitted this document? Is this actually required? My accountant submitted tax return online.

Britzy26, had similar issue and ive just sent them a letter telling them that they've made the wrong decision. As well as explaing in plain english how i do meet the requirements. I didn't provide no new evidence as i had given them everthing what was required. Have a look at my letter i sent them at the following link, it may help. I did not use any solicitor as I feel most of them are waste of space and you do not really need them to do these applications.

I intend to write a letter to and fax a copy and email them as well, wondering if it will work and how long it takes for them to respond, really shows how stupid the Eco is doesn't understand a simple application

Turns out the Fax number is mostly busy and they don't seem to respond on the email its been 10 Working days already so we sent them a recorded mail through TCS, got confirmation on Friday that they have received the mail.

Lets see, if we manage to hear anything from them anytime soon as today is the 117th working day since we applied.
