In 6days time, God spare life my wife and I will be applying for BC via NCS - I have no room for errors as I fly out a few hours after the application process is completed.

Primary Envelope

4 Passports ( both old and new)
2 Residence BRP cards / Letter
2 Life in UK Test
Two completed forms (new)/ with photos
Payment slip/Forms
2 driving license and counter parts - Currently Clean (I had two minor traffic offences -FPNs 6yrs ago- court fines £60 on each occasion as International Licences - Both declared)
Marriage certificate – Joint application as well as my wife changing name to married name
Simple courtesy covering letter

Backup Envelope – The usual just in case

Property Deed
Birth paper
Previous penalty point documentation and old counterparts’ license
Extra form/payment slip

Have I missed anything?

  • Your ILR letter
Also ensure you do not have a big gap between your old and new passports.

There is no ILR letter - You get a vague letter saying your BRP card will come in 10 days. With the BRP card there is a letter that I will walk with.
Also ensure you do not have a big gap between your old and new passports.
No gaps
UKBA payment form -
listed above payment slip /form

On the completed form
Thanks chuba2012.

ILR letter

AKhan,

No. That letter is not important. The ILR stamp on the passport is sufficient. This letter is too generic and has been left out by many solicitors.
cheers
