Maybe we can meet at the entrance of Four Courts at 10:45, next Friday...
(Let me know if I have the right time, date and place!) I'll PM you with my telephone, just in case!

I called the High Court today (I must say they were very polite) and they told me that Kumar V MJLER ("our case") will be public.

Anyone willing to attend, simply has to go to Four Courts on Inns Quay (Four Court Station LUAS Red line) and quote the case reference to the information desk.

I will be going, and I think Static will be going as well.

Best of luck to all of us!

Inns Quay is on the North bank of the Liffey River. From O'Connell St, it's approximately 8 blocks away, to the West (10-15' walk).

If you know the bridges over the Liffey, they go in order: O'Connell Bridge, Ha'penny Bridge (pedestrian), Milleniumm Bridge (pedestrian), Grattan Bridge, O'Donovan Bridge, Father Matthew Bridge. Four Courts would be between the last two bridges.

Four Courts is a huge building complex, you cannot miss it.

Hope that helps!

I wish I could go. Court cases can be either deadly boring or really interesting. I hope this is the latter. Reports from Friday would be greatly appeciated.

Static and Flor_MZ... I don't want you to go celebrating straight away on friday after the court announcement.

Your first duty will be to either call your better halfes to update this thread straight away or to get your asses into the next INET cafe and update the post. Afterwards you can go and get pissed...like the Irish do.

hahaha  !

You guys are putting too much pressure on us! According to the information posted here, there will be no decision until the 15th. The hearing is on Friday but, for what I understand, they will not rule until a week later... So don't worry, we'll post anything we know... but I'm not sure we will have anything clear!

Didn't Solvit say the decission was due on the 8th? ~They should know best.

Please see also Statics Info from Solvit:

http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=16149

I think the Information regarding the 15th was a chicken up somewhere along the line.

enjoy anyway... and be aware of your duty.

Whats the story with legal costs

If you win the case do the DOJ have to pay your legal cocts ?

Or you get free legal team by european court of justice ?

Yes man if positive news come out we must thank them. Our future depends on how well they fight their case
